What size is the space?

The studio area for artists to create in is 400 sq ft, plus there is a bathroom and a small hall with a mini fridge and charging station.

When is the best time of day to shoot at the studio?

You’ll get direct glowy light in the mornings and soft even light in the afternoons and evening. There is gorgeous natural light that streams in from sunrise to sunset even on overcast, rainy days. The light is alway optimal in our studio.

The studio is nearby Maple & West St. The exact address will be sent in your check in instructions after you book.

Do you offer full day bookings?

We offer full day bookings on a case by case basis and dates are subject to availability. Email us for full day inquiries.

Do you allow boudoir sessions?

Yes. The window coverings are fairly sheer to let in maximum light, but we have extra adjustable window shades to provide full privacy that still let in a great amount of light.

Do I need to book additional time to tear down and setup?

Yes. Tear down and clean up must be included in the time you book.

What are the hours of business?

Hours are dependent on season changes, but our space is open during all daylight hours.

How many hours should I book?

• For couples, families, and individual boudoir sessions, we recommend one hour.

• For styled sessions and newborns, we recommend two-three hours.

• For branding sessions and mini session marathons, we recommend three hours+.
